COVID-19 FAQs


  • Are you open to dine in?


We are currently closed to dine in for the foreseeable future.


  • Are you offering a takeaway service? 


Yes we are! We are open for takeaway Wednesday - Thursday 5pm - 7:30pm, Saturday, 4:30pm - 8.30pm and Sunday 4pm - 8pm.


  • Do you deliver?


No, we don't deliver unfortunately. Collections only.


  • Can I prebook a takeaway time?


Yes, you can prebook a time slot for collection. Doing this guarantees your takeaway will be ready for the exact day and time you want. You can do this directly on our website, link below.


  • Do I need to enter my card details to book my takeaway slot online?


Yes, we do require your credit/debit card details to secure your booking. Our website is secure and we only charge your card when you come in to collect your order, just in case you want to make any last minute changes.

We also reserve the right to charge the card of anyone who doesn't turn up to collect their preordered food without giving us 12 hours notice.


  • Can I ring up to book/order on the night?


Yes you can! We are now taking telephone orders on the night. Give us a call any time we are open on 0114 4385812.

N.B. We are finding we are getting booked up very early for Saturday night collections, please try and book in advance for Saturday evenings to avoid disappointment.


  • Do you have a takeaway menu and where can I find a menu?


We do currently have a limited takeaway menu available. Our takeaway menu can be found on our website, link below. It can also be found on our Facebook page.


  • What payment methods are you currently accepting?


We are accepting card payments and cash.

Restaurant FAQs


  • How many does your restaurant seat?


Usually our restaurant seats a maximum of 22 people. Due to Covid-19 we are at a reduced capacity of 14.


  • Can we hire out the whole restaurant?


Customers can book a table for 18+ people for a party booking. We don't allow the restaurant to be hired out for less than 18 people. We will take extra bookings if your party is for less than 18. 

However due to Covid-19 this option is currently unavailable. 


  • Do you require deposits?


Yes we do require deposits for tables of 8 or more. We ask for a £5 deposit per person. If you need to cancel your booking we require at least 48 hours notice.

nb - due to current restrictions we are only able to book tables of a maximum of 6 people. Booking online requires credit card details to secure your booking. No charges are made to the card unless you fail to attend without giving us 24 hours notice of cancellation.

  • Can I bring my own alcohol?


Yes you can! You can bring your own wines, beers or spirits. However with spirits we politely ask that you purchase your mixers here. There is a corkage charge of £2 per bottle of wine or few bottles/cans of beer. The corkage charge goes towards the cost of recycling the empty bottles and use of glasses.
